Canon DSLR Camera Cupcakes in Penang!

We at Kitty Bakes got thrown yet another challenge recently - this time the theme was Canon DSLR camera (more specifically Canon EOS 7D with 17-40mm f4L) and also other photography accessories - flash gun, 100mm macro lens, 70-200mm white lens etc...

I was really excited to get to work! First things first.... to find photos of all of the above to see what they look like!

The client also asked for some hearts to be included. :)

Client had asked for the cupcakes to be placed on a bigger cake board as she wanted to include a gift together with the cupcakes. We gladly obliged. :)

This was really a fun set to do and I look forward to doing more customized cupcakes! :)

Edible Image Barney Birthday Cake for Kids!

This Barney birthday cake for 2 year old Deveshwas Shekar was a delight to do! Client had asked for Barney edible image and had passed me the image she wanted to use on the cake.

Edible images are printed on edible frosting sheets using edible, non toxic ink. They also look great and is a rather economical way of getting a personalized cake! :)

Penang Cupcakes - New Birthday Cupcake Designs!

Recently, Kitty Bakes had the opportunity to do some very contrasting cupcake designs!

First, we did a sweet and simple set that says girlie and elegant...

The client had wanted something in pastel pink and purple...

This floral cupcake design would work well for a wedding too, don't you think?

Cupcake packaging - our standard packaging comes complete with matching ribbon and candle!

From sweet and simple, we went to cheeky and cute!

The next client had requested for Crayon Shin Chan themed cupcakes, and boy was I excited to do it!!

This is Shin Chan's signature pose apparently - 'pi ku wai sing ren' :P

I'm definitely looking forward to doing more of these personalized birthday cupcake designs! :)
