Last Sunday, 27 June 2010 marked a first for Kitty Bakes! It was our first time participating in a charity food fair, sponsoring cupcakes and jelly cakes to the Penang Animal Sanctuary Society's inaugural food fair held at Penang Times Square to raise funds to build an animal shelter for strays.
It was a tiring and hectic week but I heaved a huge sigh of relief when we safely delivered everything to the venue and another huge sigh of relief when we sold out all the items!! Kitty Bakes managed to raise slightly over RM2000 for the Penang Animal Sanctuary Society and it really could not have happened without the help of my family and friends. (you know who you are!! you girls are my angels!!)
